Note the following:

• Shared libraries created in OneDrive sites can be migrated.
• If the external sharing scope configured for the destination site collection is narrower than that of the source, the shared link cannot be migrated.
• Orphaned OneDrive sites are not supported in OneDrive Migration. You can migrate Orphaned OneDrive sites via SharePoint Online Migration.

Comment 1: Fly does not migrate sensitivity labels but allows you to remove source sensitivity labels from files and apply specific destination labels to the files during the migration via configuring the migration policy. This does the same to Azure Information Protection (AIP) labels. Files that are encrypted with passwords and applied with sensitivity labels cannot be migrated.

Comment 2: By default, an email will be sent to the owner of the OneDrive in the destination after the links shared with anyone in OneDrive sites are migrated to the destination. To resolve this issue, choose one of the following resolutions:

Add the IsSkipOneDriveAnyoneSharedLink=true customized feature string in the migration policy to not migrate the links shared with anyone.

Execute the Set-SPOTenant -OwnerAnonymousNotification $false command using Windows PowerShell to disable owner anonymous notification. Refer to Set-SPOTenant for details.

Shared links with the Upload only permission can be migrated.
