#What’s New in Confide?

• You can now import the provided freemail domain list to your blocked domain list and adjust domains as needed to meet your organization’s requirements.

• A new Role management page allows you to manage users with the Business owner, Audit viewer, and Security admin roles separately. Security admins have access to the Share monitor page, where they can monitor all shares from the share center and all sharing links from projects. Security admins can also revoke sharing on demand.

• The display name, first name, and last name of external users can now be edited on the Subscription manager page of the admin portal.

• You can now share folders and files in the share center via links with access code. Users can only access the shared content with their email address and the received access code.

#What’s New in Confide with SharePoint Embedded?

• You can now choose whether to permanently delete folders and files from the project library or share center. Files manually deleted by users and automatically deleted by retention policies are now listed on the Deleted files page. You can restore or permanently delete them within 30 days.

• A new global search capability allows you to search for projects, folders, or files across all projects to which you have permissions.
