Confide now supports the Q&A preview feature. You can now submit questions and provide answers regarding a specific folder to communicate with the users that can access the folder.
The information in the email notifications to users is now grouped by projects.
If the file or task updates have been viewed by the user in Confide, Confide will not send email notifications about the updates to the user.
The style of the email notifications of Confide has been updated.
Confide now provides tutorials for Application Administrators, Business Owners, and Project Leads when they first log in to Confide to help them easily get started.
On the dashboard, you can now click View more in the New files or New tasks section to load more records when there are more than 10 files or tasks in the project.
On the dashboard, you can now click See all in the New files section to view all new files in the project library and you can now click See all in the Your favorite files section to view all favorite files in the project library.
You can now add files to favorites or remove files from favorites in the project library. The favorite files are displayed in the Your favorite files section on your dashboard.
You can now adjust the column width when you view files in the project library.
You can now edit and reassign the requests that you have submitted.
You can now edit or delete your comments about a request within 5 minutes after the comments have been sent.
The user who submitted a request now only needs to complete or reopen the request if the user is not the assignee.
A tag is now displayed next to Tasks and My tasks in the left navigation when there is a new task assigned to you in the project.
Improved the display of the Total files accessed % result in Insights as follows:
If the actual percentage is less than 1%, the percentage will be displayed in two decimal places. For example, 0.25%.
If the actual percentage is greater than 1%, the percentage will be displayed with an integer. For example, 20%.
If the actual percentage is less than 0.01%, the percentage displayed will be 0.01%.
