#General Updates

• The Last sign-in and Last accessed column values on the Insights page are optimized to display the specific time, instead of just displaying the date.

#What’s New in File Management?

• You can now set a maximum size limit of uploaded files so that files that exceed the maximum size cannot be uploaded.

• You can now overview files in different statuses within a project.

• You can now move files across folders within a project.

• You can now create new files, besides uploading files, in a project.

• You can now download folders together with files within the whole project or download a specific folder together with the files within.

• The owner of a file will always have the Edit permission to the file.

#What’s New in Task Management?

• You can now find a tag next to the task title on the My Tasks page to indicate that this task is new and you have not opened it yet.

• An email notification will be sent to the assignees 7 days, 3 days, and one day before the task due date.

• A message will pop up now after a user processes a task, instead of sending a notification to the user.
