#General Updates

• When files uploaded to My files in the share center or a project library share the same name, you can now select a conflict resolution to address it.

#What’s New in Admin Portal?

• Configuring email templates for project and share center invitations is now possible in both English and Japanese.

• AvePoint Confide now supports configuring terms and conditions for anonymous upload and download links.

• You can now configure the interval of email notifications when there are updates to files or folders in the share center.

• The maximum upload size for files uploaded to the share center can now be configured.

• AvePoint Confide now supports configuring whether to send an invitation email while importing users from an Excel file to invite them to the share center.

• You can now reset MFA settings for external users who are subscribed to Confide.

#What’s New in Projects?

• You can now share a project folder or file with a user to directly invite the user for collaboration on the project.

• If you want to add a user that does not exist in the project user list for collaboration on a project, you can now add them to a group to directly grant permissions. This will automatically add the user to the project user list.

• You can now configure the interval of email notifications when there are any updates to the project library.
