#General Updates

• You can now enable watermark so that users who are not shared with the Edit permission to PDF, Excel, PPT, and Word files will only be able to view or download watermarked files.

• The permission sharing of all users via Share Center can now be monitored.

• Users can generate and share file view links that give access to anyone who receives the links.

• The external users with whom you have shared permissions can now be searched and selected when you share objects in the share center or invite users to collaborate on a project.

#What’s New in File Management?

• When you view files in the project library under the Folder tab, you can also view subfolders within the selected folder on the right pane.

#What’s New in Share Center?

• Users can generate and share upload links to folders that grant upload permission to anyone who receives the links. Users with upload links can upload files to the shared folders.
