#What’s New in Confide with SharePoint Embedded?

• The IP address restriction setting is now available, allowing administrators to block or allow specific IP addresses for Confide with SharePoint Embedded. Users can only access shared objects and invited projects when signing in from an allowed IP address.

• Sensitivity labels can now be enabled at both the project container level and file level.

  • At the project container level, administrators can assign a default label to all containers or define a set of labels for Project Leads to choose from when creating new projects.

  • At the file level, a default sensitivity label can be applied separately to files uploaded to project libraries and the Share Center.

• Bulk download can now be restricted for specific users, limiting them to download a single object at a time.

• Administrators can now block the upload of specific file types to project libraries and the Share Center.

• Multiple keyword criteria can now be used in advanced search to search for files.

• Users can now cancel file uploads in progress to project libraries or the Share Center.

• Version history is now available, allowing users to view and manage previous versions of files in both project libraries and the Share Center.
