• When removing Business Owners, you can now choose whether to remove their access to all projects where they are the Business Owners.

#What’s New in Confide with SharePoint Embedded?

• Storage alerts can now be enabled globally through project settings. You can also set custom storage alert thresholds for individual projects.

• Project settings now support enabling file version history and setting a global version count limit. These settings can also be customized at the project level.

• Confide with SharePoint Embedded now integrates with Cloud Governance.

  • Users can create projects by submitting service requests in the Cloud Governance portal.

  • Renewal profiles can be applied to projects to manage permissions and lifecycle. You can also restart or auto-complete the renewal process for specific projects.

• Project creation now can be restricted by configuring security settings. All new projects must be submitted via service requests in the Cloud Governance portal.

• The Projects / Details page now supports column management, allowing users to customize which columns are displayed in the table.
