Download this articleIn Administration, tenant owners and administrators can configure tenant-wide controls for access, security, integrations, communications, data collection, and subscription visibility across AvePoint cloud services.
The Administration area includes the following high-level functions:
Configure General Settings – Configure culture settings, logo customization, terminology mappings, email sender settings, and integrations such as Microsoft Azure Event Hubs.
Configure Notifications Settings – Configure authentication, auto discovery, subscription, and announcement notifications, and manage email recipient profiles for targeted communications.
Configure Security Settings – Configure trusted IP address settings, password rotation and MFA policies for local accounts, session timeout, concurrent sign-in behavior, support account access, and download reserved IP addresses or ARM VNet IDs for network allow-listing.
