    • Use the Enable import user properties toggle to control whether the daily sync job runs.

  • Security has been improved for organizations using the MFA policy for local accounts: Local users who have already set up MFA must enter their 6-digit authenticator code when changing their passwords.

  • Ava is now available in the service list on the Invite support pane.

  • In User management, organizations using Confidence Platform for Google can now add both local accounts and Microsoft 365 accounts as Application administrators or Standard users. This enhancement better supports multi-cloud business requirements.

    • Create an application connection for Bitbucket.

    • Create multiple connection profiles for Docusign with the same account information.

    • Select a date as the Token expiration date when configuring connections for Atlassian admin / Jira / Confluence.

    • Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365 (All permissions)

    • Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365 (SharePoint permissions)

For the MyHub service app, the Mail.Send Microsoft Graph delegated permission has been included to allow the app to send mails as users in the organization.

If your organization has configured app profiles for any of the service apps listed above, navigate to AvePoint Online Services > Management > App management to reauthorize the app profiles. This will apply the new API permissions and enable access to the related features.

    NOTE

Reauthorization is only required if you want to use the new permissions. Existing functionalities will remain unaffected if no action is taken.

What’s New in Auto Discovery?

  • In Auto discovery > Scan profiles, when you configure an advanced scan profile using the container rule Specified objects in one container, you can now use Solution conditions to filter Power App / Power Automate objects.
