Confide is a service within AvePoint Online Services. To sign up for Confide, you must first sign up for an AvePoint Online Services account. For detailed instructions on signing up for an AvePoint Online Services account, refer to the Sign Up for AvePoint Online Services section.
To access Confide, sign in to AvePoint Online Services and locate the Confide service. For detailed instructions on signing in to AvePoint Online Services, refer to the Sign in to AvePoint Online Services section.
On the AvePoint Online Services page, click Confide to open Confide.
After accessing Confide, in the left navigation > System > Help, you can click Submit feedback to submit feedback based on your experience while using Confide or click User guide to view the administrator guide for detailed instructions.
To use Confide in your tenants, the Tenant Owners or Service Administrators must first connect the tenants to AvePoint Online Services. For details, refer to the Connect Your Tenants to AvePoint Online Services section.
When adding a user and granting user permissions to services in AvePoint Online Services > Management > User management, you need to designate a role for the user. For Confide, you can add a user of the Service administrator role. In Confide, Service Administrators can add Business Owners to work on projects.

In AvePoint Online Services > Administration > General settings > Culture settings, you can set the language of the emails sent from Confide. Currently, Confide supports the following languages: English and Japanese. If you set another language other than English or Japanese, emails will be sent in English.
