#Share Monitor

On the Share monitor / Share center page, you can view three tabs.

• Under the Shared permissions tab, you can view the permission sharing records via share center of all users. The name of the file or folder, the user who shared the object, the user with whom permission to the object is shared, the date when the permission is shared, the shared permission, and the expiration date of the shared permission are all displayed in the table.

  You can search for specific records by the username or email address of the users who share permissions with others. You can also filter records using the provided filter conditions. Click Export to export all records to a CSV file.

  To stop sharing permissions, select the records in the table, and click Stop sharing. The shared permissions will be removed from the corresponding users.

• Under the Shared secure access links tab, secure access links generated in the share center by all users are listed and sorted by the last shared date in descending order.

  To stop sharing an object that is shared with a specific user via a secure access link, you can select the shared link record, and click Delete. You can also click Export to export all shared link records to a CSV file.

• Under the Shared anonymous links tab, anonymous links generated in the share center by all users are listed and sorted by the last shared date in descending order.

  To stop sharing an object that is shared with a specific user via an anonymous link, you can select the shared link record, and click Delete. You can also click Export to export all shared link records to a CSV file.

On the Share monitor / Project page, you can view all anonymous links generated in projects by all users listed in the table.
