On the Report page, the trends for sharing, uploading, and downloading folders or files in Projects or Share center are tracked and categorized in the following sections.

• External user count – This section shows the total external user count in each project.

• Sharing expiration duration – This section shows the expiration trend of shared files and folders.

• Anonymous upload links – This section shows the number of anonymous upload links generated in each project or by each user.

• Anonymous download links – This section shows the number of anonymous download links generated in each project or by each user.

• Internal users downloading most – This section shows internal users that frequently download files.

• Internal users uploading most – This section shows internal users that frequently upload files.

• External users downloading most – This section shows external users that frequently download files.

• External users uploading most – This section shows external users that frequently upload files.

• Blocked files – This section shows files that are blocked from uploading due to the large file size or the presence of a virus.

• Internal users sharing permissions most – This section shows users who shared folders and files most.

You can click See all in each section to view more reported records.

You can also select Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last 90 days to show records within that period.
