The following updates have been made for this release:
You can now define authorized groups for your tenant. Security groups and Microsoft 365 Groups in your tenant can be added as authorized groups, and only users in these groups can be added for collaboration via Confide. See Authorized Groups for details.
You can now choose whether to block guest users from being added to the Administrators group of projects at the tenant level. If guest users are not blocked at the tenant level, you can still block guest users at the project level. See Configure Security Settings and Active Projects for details.
You can now manually sync user profiles for internal and external users from Microsoft Entra ID on the User management page, or configure automatic periodic profile synchronization via user settings. You can then view and compare user status across both Confide and Microsoft Entra ID. See Internal and External Users for details.
You can now predefine the storage limits and user count limitation in the Create Confide project service to automatically apply these limits to new projects created through the service. The primary contact and secondary contact can also be preconfigured to be automatically assigned the Administrator role or added to the project user list. See Integration with Cloud Governance for details.
You can now directly change the Business Owner and/or Project Lead for a project on the Projects > Details page. See Details for details.
You can now directly change the primary contact and secondary contact for projects managed by Cloud Governance on the Projects > Details page. See Details.
