Download this articleConfide with SharePoint Embedded can integrate with Cloud Governance when your organization has available subscriptions for both products.
When the following preparations are completed in advance, your business users can create Confide projects in the Cloud Governance portal by submitting service requests.
Sign in to Cloud Governance.
Click Dynamic services under Management on the left navigation, and click Create to create a dynamic service for Confide.
In the Service permissions section of the Basic info step, select the Define conditions for users who can request this service option, and click Add to add a condition.
Select User or group, and configure Confide Business Owners and Project Leads as the allowed values.
Click Save to add the condition.
In the Settings step, click the Services tab and select the Create Confide project provisioning template.
Complete settings for the Create Confide project provisioning template as required.
Click the add button below Custom project properties, select Storage limits or User count limitation from the Settings tab, and configure the predefined limits for new projects created through the service.

To automatically add the primary contact and secondary contact as project admins for the project that is created via service request, you can configure the following setting in Cloud Governance:
Sign in to Cloud Governance.
Click System settings under Settings on the left navigation, and click Contact membership.
Click the toggle to the right of Enable Confide project contact membership management. The primary contact and secondary contact specified in the service request will be automatically added to the Administrators group of the project.
If this setting is not enabled, the primary contact and secondary contact specified in the service request will be added to the project user list.
