• Risk intelligence - Delivers centralized visibility into security and compliance exposure across Google environments. It identifies risky objects, insecure sharing patterns, and governance gaps so administrators can prioritize remediation based on impact.

• Policy enforcement - Translates organizational rules into scalable, actionable controls. It supports scheduled and on-demand monitoring and customizable violation fixing processes.

• Automation - Embeds repeatable governance actions into automated workflows to reduce manual effort and promote consistent outcomes.

• Information management - Supports end-to-end lifecycle control for Google Drive content, from classification and retention to review and disposition. It helps organizations enforce policy, reduce redundant data, and maintain defensible records processes.

• MyHub for Google - Provides a centralized portal where business users can complete governance-related tasks and submit service requests. It connects workflows across Governance, Policy enforcement, and Information management while preserving administrative oversight.
