Export to PDFIn Settings > Navigation, you can control which features are available for your end users in the MyHub portal. Enable the available features and they will appear as navigation items to provide one-click access to the features.
When the Requests feature is enabled, you can choose whether to display the Request listing or Service catalog by default when end users access the Requests page.
When the Quick links feature is enabled, you can choose whether to Allow end users to manage custom links on their MyHub navigation menu. With the checkbox selected, a Manage quick links link is available on the navigation menu of the MyHub end user portal. End users can use the link to add and manage their own links to be displayed in addition to your organization’s quick links.
To configure your organization's quick links on the MyHub end user portal navigation, enter the link display name and URL. To add a new quick link, click Add quick link and complete the link information.
For existing quick links, you can delete them or rearrange their display order:
To delete a quick link, click the Delete button next to it.
To rearrange the display order of a quick link, click and hold the Drag button to drag the quick link to the desired location.
To rearrange the display order of these features on the navigation menu, click and hold the Drag button to drag the feature to the desired location.
Click Save to save your changes on this page.
