General Settings

In Settings > General, you can manage the following MyHub general settings. Click Save to save any setting changes on this page.

MyHub experience control

Control which version of MyHub, either the new experience or the legacy experience, is available to your end users in their MyHub portal.

For introductions regarding MyHub experiences, refer to MyHub Experiences: New MyHub and Legacy MyHub.

For the new MyHub experience, you can allow part of your users to use it.

Select the tenant you want to configure the MyHub experience from the tenant drop-down list.

To allow business users in Cloud Governance to use the new MyHub experience in the MyHub web portal or Teams/Outlook app, enable the Enable new MyHub experience in Cloud Governance setting. Then, configure what people in the selected tenant can access the new MyHub:

- **All users** – All users in the tenant can access the new MyHub experience. Choose whether to **Disable legacy MyHub experience**. Once disabled, the new MyHub experience will be the only end user experience. The experience switch will be hidden, and end users cannot switch to the legacy MyHub experience. > ***Note**: Make sure your organization fully leverages dynamic services. Once the legacy MyHub experience is disabled, end users will no longer be able to use classic services. - **Specific users** – Enter names or email addresses of the users and groups in the tenant that can access the new MyHub experience. > ***Note**: For specified Microsoft 365 Groups, including those associated with teams and communities, both group owners and members will be granted access. For specified distribution groups, security groups, and mail-enabled security groups, only group members will be granted access for optimal login performance.

Microsoft To Dos availability

Enable the Show Microsoft To Dos in the task list to show the To Dos within task listing. When the setting is disabled, only AvePoint generated tasks will be shown.

End user portal customization

MyHub supports you to customize the end user portal with your company logo and color scheme for a more personalized, branded experience.

To upload your company logo, click Upload in the Logo section, and then select the logo from your local device. To remove the uploaded logo, click Remove.

You can select the default theme to be applied across the end user portal within your organization. If you allow your end users to select the theme for their end user portal, select Allow end users to personalize their themes. If this option is not selected, the above selected theme will override all personal themes.
