#I Want to Apply Microsoft Settings

To quickly apply your valuable Microsoft settings to all your customers, you can create a template to export the settings of a benchmark Microsoft tenant and apply the template to other customer tenants you manage.

1. If you do not have a benchmark Microsoft tenant, refer to Configure Microsoft Settings to configure the settings first.

2. When you have a benchmark Microsoft tenant, refer to Preparations for Creating a Template to configure the required settings.

3. Select Microsoft settings modules when you Create a Template based on the source customer tenant.

4. Prepare the target customer tenant to which you want to apply the template. Refer to Prepare the Target Customer Tenant for details.

5. Apply a Template to your target customer tenant.

6. Check Job Status of the template export or template application jobs in Job Monitor.

#I Want to Apply Policies and Insights Settings

To quickly apply your valuable settings of Policies and Insights to all your customers, you can create a template to export the settings of a customer tenant and apply the template to other customer tenants you manage.

1. If you do not have a benchmark customer tenant, refer to Configure Policies and Insights Settings to configure the settings first.

2. Select Policies for Microsoft 365 and Insights when you Create a Template based on the source customer tenant.

3. Prepare the target customer tenant to which you want to apply the template. Refer to Prepare the Target Customer Tenant for details.

4. Apply a Template to your target customer tenant.

5. Check Job Status of the template export or template application jobs in Job Monitor.

#I Want to Apply Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365 Settings

To quickly apply your valuable settings of Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365 to all your customers, you can create a template to export the settings of a customer tenant and apply the template to other customer tenants you manage.

1. If you do not have a benchmark customer tenant, refer to Configure Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365 Settings to configure the settings first.

2. Select Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365 when you Create a Template based on the source customer tenant.

3. Prepare the target customer tenant to which you want to apply the template. Refer to Prepare the Target Customer Tenant for details.

4. Apply a Template to your target customer tenant.

5. Check Job Status of the template export or template application jobs in Job Monitor.
