#Convert Classic Sites/Pages to Modern

Refer to the following steps to convert your classic SharePoint Online sites/pages to the modern experience.

Note that only Wiki pages and Web Part pages can be converted.

1. Click Explorer under Aviator in the left pane.

2. Click the SharePoint Online tab.

3. Select the tenant from which you want to convert SharePoint Online objects. To load the tenant, the tenant connection must have been created in AvePoint Online Services.

4. Select a connection of the tenant from the Connection drop-down list to load SharePoint Online objects.

   A scan job must have been run in AvePoint Online Services to scan objects to containers.

5. Select the sites to be converted.

6. Click the Convert to modern button and select the actions you want to take.

   • Convert classic sites to modern

   • Convert classic pages to modern

7. Click Convert to start the job.
