| Active Directory user | sAMAccountName | Domain/user | Domain/user represents the sAMAccountName of the Active Directory users. |
| Active Directory user | User logon name | User@domain.com | User@domain.com represents the user logon name of the Active Directory user. |
| Active Directory group | Group logon name | Domain/group | Domain/group represents the group logon name of the Active Directory group. |
| Microsoft Entra ID user | User principal name | user@contoso.onmicrosoft.com | user@contoso.onmicrosoft.com represents the user principal name of the Microsoft Entra ID user |
