Hotfix Release Date for the Commercial Environment: January 12, 2025

• You can now configure If/else action for a workflow to check if the workflow matches the criteria configured in the action and process the workflow based on different cases. Refer to Create Actions in the Pool for details.

• You can now configure the workflow for when a request is canceled. Refer to Create Workflows for details.

• You can now enable return process for a Review process action to return the workflow to a previous action.
