View Reports
As an AvePoint Online Services Tenant Owner, Service Administrator, or Tenant User with the AvePoint Cloud Insights product assigned, you can view the following reports in AvePoint Cloud Insights:

- [Storage Reports](#missing-link)
- [Site Analysis](#missing-link)
- [Sharing Activity Analysis](#missing-link)
Note the following:
- To view reports, make sure the report data collection has been enabled in AvePoint Online Services > **Administration** > **Report** **data** **collection** > **Data in Microsoft 365**. For details about configuring data sources and report settings in **Report** **data** **collection**, refer to the section in the AvePoint Online Services user guide.
- If you are a Tenant User, the reports above may not be all available to you. Your Tenant Owner or Service Administrator assigns the reports to you.
- Not all the reports above will display the information of an object when the number of user activities on that object is less than 10.
In the Reporting interface, click each tab to access the report. You can filter the statistics in the reports by configuring Report Settings in the upper-right corner. The configured report settings will be applied to all reports. The report settings include:
- **Report Scope** – You can select **SharePoint Online Site Collections**, **Microsoft 365** **Group Team Sites**, or **Communication Sites** from the drop-down list to define a report scope.
- **Site Collection URLs** – If you want to view reports of multiple specific site collections, enter multiple site collection URLs in this text box.
- **Time Range** – You can select a time range from the following options to view reports of the designated site collection.
- **Last 7 Days**
- **Last 30 Days**
- **Last 90 Days**
- **Last 180 Days**
- **Last 1 Year**
