What’s New in the Admin Center?

  • Administrators can now tailor and reorder available features for end users on the new Settings > Navigation page. Available features will be used as navigation items in the MyHub end user portal to provide one-click access for end users.

  • Quick links on the navigation menu are now managed on the Navigation page.

  • The Discover spaces personal view is now available in Settings > Spaces. By enabling this view, end users can discover and join public teams, Microsoft 365 Groups, and communities, where they are not members, directly in their Spaces report.

What’s New in the End User Portal?

  • End users can now discover and join public teams, Microsoft 365 Groups, and Viva Engage communities in Spaces > Discover spaces if the view is enabled by the administrators.

  • End users can now apply sensitivity labels to OneDrive files in OneDrive assessment > Risky items to ensure appropriate data classification, and filter the items by risk, sensitivity, and exposure levels for easy management.

  • End users with a Cloud Governance subscription can now view and process a broader range of Cloud Governance-managed objects in the Spaces report. The newly supported object types include room mailbox, equipment mailbox, hybrid shared mailbox, hybrid distribution group, hybrid security group, hybrid mail-enabled security group, Power App, Power Automate flow, Power BI workspace, and Copilot Studio agent.

  • You can now receive task notifications within the MyHub app.
