    • MyHub is now a stand-alone service. Customers who used Cloud Governance integrated with MyHub previously will obtain the subscription to MyHub automatically.

    • MyHub is now integrated with AvePoint Online Services. Administrators can access the new MyHub administrator portal via AvePoint Online Services.

    • MyHub Administrator Portal Updates:

      • New navigation updates are being rolled out across the Confidence Platform, delivering a more intuitive, consistent, and efficient user experience. A new navigation pane is now available in the MyHub administrator portal.

      • Administrators can now control the rollout of the new MyHub experience with the General settings > Enable new MyHub experience in Cloud Governance setting. By enabling this setting, end users can switch between the MyHub and new MyHub experiences in the MyHub web portal or Teams app. This ensures a smooth transition and allows IT teams to validate features before general availability.

    • New MyHub Experience Updates:

      • The MyHub preview (New MyHub) experience is now generally available.

      • Space contacts assigned in Cloud Governance can now view and manage space risks detected by Insights for Microsoft 365 using the new MyHub experience.

      • MyHub is now the end user solution for AvePoint Opus and Insights for Microsoft 365, available at no extra cost for tenants with either subscription. Contact the AvePoint team for more information.

      • Dynamic service requests and the OneDrive assessment experience are now responsive and optimized for mobile devices.
