#What Can I Do as a Shared Mailbox Contact or Member?

As a shared mailbox contact, shared mailbox member, or user who is assigned the shared mailbox management task by your administrator, you are responsible for specific shared mailboxes. In Workspaces, shared mailbox contacts and members can view shared mailboxes they own.

Click Workspaces in the left pane, and a list of shared mailboxes will be displayed on the Workspaces page. Click the name of a shared mailbox to view the basic information.
