Prior to data recovery, check the following to ensure you are well on track and then log into the AvePoint Cloud Backup for Dynamics 365 interface to Generate and Download Encryption Key:

• A stand-alone tool package: AvePoint Cloud Backup for Dynamics 365 Data Export Tool.zip.

• Ensure the server where you want to run this tool has the following components installed:

  • .NET Framework 4.7.2
