Before you start using AvePoint Cloud Cyber Recovery, you must:

1. First, obtain a trial or enterprise subscription. To find out how AvePoint charges for the AvePoint Cloud Cyber Recovery, refer to .

2. Connect your Microsoft or Amazon tenants to AvePoint Online Services if you want to use the Infrastructure resilience functionalities to protect your Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS). For details, refer to .

   *Note: For application resilience, no tenant connection is required. Instead, you need to connect the applications in AvePoint Online Services, for detailed information, refer to Enable Application Resilience.

3. To protect your Google cloud resources using infrastructure resilience policies, create Google service account profiles. For details, refer to Enable Google Cloud Resilience.

4. Add users who will be using the product in AvePoint Online Services. For details, refer to .
