AvePoint is committed to delivering solutions that offer industry-leading security and user experience. To continue supporting our customers most effectively, AvePoint will transition Cloud Governance customers from the Classic Admin Center to the New Admin Center on April 30, 2027.

#What’s Happening?

After April 30, 2027, you will no longer be able to use the Cloud Governance Classic Admin Center.

#Why is AvePoint Making This Change?

Since rolling out the New Admin Center in 2023, AvePoint has supported multiple interfaces for Cloud Governance customers. Transitioning all customers to the New Admin Center will enable focused product development on a single, more modern administrative interface that’s already being used by the majority of Cloud Governance customers.

#What Do I Need to Do Next?

As a Cloud Governance customer, you already have access to the New Admin Center, which offers modern architecture that supports equivalent features and capabilities, a simpler administrative experience, and greater control over your environment.

You can start using the New Admin Center in Cloud Governance prior to the April 30, 2027 deadline by taking the following action:

Self-Service Transition (Recommended): Transition to at your own pace by leveraging the following documentation and in-product capabilities.

• Transition from Classic Policies to Modern Lifecycle Profiles
• How to find Classic Features in the New Cloud Governance Admin Center

Assisted Transition: Leverage your existing customer support agreement for guided support related to planning and executing your transition.

Customers who do not proactively transition to the New Admin Center before April 30, 2027 will be automatically migrated to ensure continuity of service.
