Public Preview: Activity-based risk detection is now supported to identify risky app behaviors. This feature accelerates threat identification by monitoring anomalous activities from multiple perspectives. You can set up your detection settings in general settings and view the corresponding risky apps on the Risky applications page.
Private Preview: A new hybrid sensitivity scan method is available. In addition to the native sensitivity scan, you can also use the scan engine conditions provided by AvePoint for sensitive data scanning.
A new risk-prioritized scan mode allows you to generate a quick initial risk assessment by prioritizing objects with unique permissions during a full scan.
Insights now supports AI agents, including Copilot Studio agents, SharePoint agents, and Microsoft Foundry (formerly Azure AI Foundry) agents. You can configure risk definitions for these agents, view detailed activity reports, and review the top 10 agents accessing sensitive files from the Activity explorer > Overview page.
You can now create a policy and immediately run an Enforce policy job for a Microsoft 365 workspace directly from the Risk analysis > Overview > Details page without having to sign in to the Policies for Microsoft 365 service.
Microsoft 365 retention labels can now be configured as conditions in sensitivity definitions.
You can now choose whether to remove user permissions granted via sharing links when removing permissions from an orphaned user.
