• Ava now offers personalized prompt recommendations tailored to each user's role and responsibilities, enabling users to quickly access the most relevant actions and minimize unnecessary navigation.

• Ava now supports prompts related to Cloud Backup for SaaS Applications and can answer questions about connecting applications, setting up backups, or supported data types.

• Ava is now integrated with Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365. When users ask about monitoring job status, tracking the protected data scope, or checking subscription consumption, Ava can provide answers based on their Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365 environments.

• Ava now supports new prompts for Insights. When users submit questions, Ava can generate responses by retrieving data from their Insights environment.

• Users can now set the interface language for Ava by navigating to Settings > General and selecting an option from the Language drop-down list.

• The following settings can now be configured in Ava’s panel mode:

  • Feedback sharing

  • Spoken language

  • Voice

• Ava can now automatically detect both the browser language and the language the user is speaking.

• Links in Ava panel mode now open in the same browser tab when the link points to a page within the current service.

• Ava’s responses can now include links to product pages that best match the user’s inquiries and requirements.
