Work with Articles in AvePoint Learn

Once you find an article, use the tips on this page to get answers faster, navigate confidently, and move to the right next step.

Quick Start

  • Use the "On this page" navigation to jump to the section you need.
  • Use related links to find supporting and follow-up guidance.
  • Use breadcrumbs to move up one level when you want broader context.

Follow Step-by-Step Guidance

Articles are designed to help you take action.

Within each article, you can:

  • Complete tasks using structured, step-by-step instructions
  • Learn how features work through clear examples
  • Focus only on the sections relevant to your goal

You can quickly scan the article and jump straight to what you need.

Use the "On this page" navigation

The "On this page" panel helps you quickly jump to specific sections within the article.

  • It lists the main headings from the page.

  • Click any item in the list to jump directly to that section.

  • As you scroll, the navigation updates to show where you are in the article.

This makes it easy to find what you need without scrolling through the entire page.

Breadcrumbs show where you are in the documentation path. Use them to move back to a broader product, capability, or topic page when you want more context. This is useful when the current article is too specific and you need to compare options or choose a different path.

Inline links help you continue without restarting your search. Use them to open related workflows and deeper supporting guidance directly from the section you are reading.

Download or Share Content

You can choose how to use and share content based on your needs.

  • Download a full article or guide when needed
  • Share direct links to the exact section others need

For best results, share links so others can go directly to the most relevant information without searching again.

Provide Feedback

At the bottom of every article, you can let us know if the content was helpful or needs improvement.

Your feedback helps improve clarity, accuracy, and coverage for future readers.
