Share Feedback and Request Content

AvePoint Learn continuously improves based on your input. There are two ways to contribute—either provide feedback on existing content or request new content:

  • Give Feedback: Use this when you want to improve an article you are currently reading.
  • Request an Article: Use this when you cannot find the content you need anywhere on the site.

Give Feedback on an Article

At the bottom of every article, you will see a "Was this article helpful?" option. Use this to:

  • Let us know if the article successfully helped you complete your task.
  • Flag unclear, outdated, or incorrect information.
  • Suggest specific improvements or updates.

For Best Results: Be specific about what was missing, confusing, or unclear so our team can investigate and improve the content faster.

Request a New Article

If you have searched the site and cannot find what you are looking for:

  1. Select Request an Article from the top header navigation bar.
  2. Submit your question or topic, including relevant details to help us understand your scenario.

When to request an article:

  • The content simply does not exist yet on AvePoint Learn.
  • You are completely unsure where your specific topic or question belongs.
  • You need specialized guidance on a new, complex, or unsupported topic.

What to Include: To help our documentation team create the best article possible, please include the specific product name, the feature area, your ultimate goal, and any exact error details you are seeing. We appreciate your help in growing AvePoint Learn!
