    If you enable the Block third-party cookies setting of the Google Chrome browser but you haven't added Microsoft Teams URLs to the trusted sites in your browser, the browser may display an empty pop-up window when you click Settings under the Cloud Index app tab.Workaround: You can add the URLs of Microsoft Teams to the trusted sites in your browser by referring to this Microsoft article: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/troubleshoot/teams-sign-in/sign-in-loop#resolutionAugust 2023
    If an AvePoint Online Services tenant has app profiles for multiple Microsoft 365 tenants, only one Microsoft 365 tenant can be supported in Cloud Index.July 2022
    In Azure portal, manage access based on Azure role-based access control (Azure RBAC). At the File Share level, grant the Owner/Contributor/Storage Account Contributor role to a user. In Cloud Index, this user cannot access the shared file list via the Azure File Storage connection.Root cause: This issue is caused by API limitations.Workaround: At the Storage Account or Subscription level, grant the Owner/Contributor/Storage Account Contributor role to users.November 2021
    A domain has been added to Domain Connections in Cloud Index > Gateway Settings. After the domain is renamed in Microsoft 365, Cloud Index cannot retrieve the domain with the new name.November 2021
    The deletion of App Parts on the SharePoint side cannot be synced to the Settings > General Settings > App Part Management page. Therefore, even if the app part has been deleted on SharePoint side, it will still be displayed on the App Part Management page.March 2019
