#Application Resilience

Cloud Backup for SaaS Applications provides the backup and export service for Confluence, Docusign, GitHub, monday.com, Okta, Smartsheet, Atlassian Admin, Jira, Jira Admin Settings, and Bitbucket, ensuring the protection and accessibility of your data.

The Application resilience page shows tiles for your applications and provides a comprehensive overview of the job status count and latest activities.

• Service tile – Shows the last successful backup time and the data size of the application.

• Application status count – Categorizes applications based on their latest backup job status.

  • Healthy – Applications with a successful recent backup.

  • Exceptions – Applications whose backup jobs completed with warnings or errors.

  • Failed – Applications whose most recent backup job was not successful.

  • Inactive – Applications that are not actively monitored. The specific reason for inactivity is shown on the respective application tiles in the Inactive section.

• Latest activities – Shows the 7 most recent jobs in Cloud Backup for SaaS Applications.

By enabling the backup service, you can configure the backup scope to back up your data. For details, refer to the following sections:
