#Enable the Domain Filter for Standard Users Generating Microsoft 365 Activity Reports

If your organization has multiple sub domains managed by separate admin teams, you can enable the domain filter for Microsoft 365 Activity Reports to allow the report generators (standard users) to obtain the activity data for their applicable sub domain.

Follow the steps below to enable the domain filter for Microsoft 365 Activity Reports:

1. Navigate to Settings > Global Settings.

2. Find the Microsoft 365 Activity Reports Advanced Settings field.

3. Select the Standard users can only view the activity data under their own subdomains option.

   

4. Click Save.
