#Helpful Notes for Accessing Cloud Index on Mobile Devices

If you want to access Cloud Index on iOS (iPhone or iPad) and Android mobile devices, note the following:

• The recommended operating systems are iOS 13 (or later versions) or Android 10.

• On iOS mobile devices, only the Safari browser supports downloading files.

• On Android mobile devices, you can access Cloud Index via the following browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge. If you want to download files from Cloud Index, set one of these browsers as the default browser.

• The following features are not available:

  • Edit

  • Copy Link

  • Copy UNC Path

  • Column Settings
